I apologize now for bringing you here to read this. I needed a “Z” to finish my A-Z Title Challenge, so I sent my friend 7 of them and told her to pick. Zeke is my first motorcycle club hero and at only 221 pages, I figured it couldn’t hurt.

I feel like it was probably not a typical MC story. Zeke’s club aren’t criminals. They deal with criminals, but details, ya know? So a double-cross lands Zeke in the hospital and Leigh is his nurse. She doesn’t like bikers, but she just went through a bad breakup, and she can’t deny her attraction to Zeke. With some encouragement from a friend, she decides to use Zeke to get over him. She’s not used to the MC lifestyle and thanks to some dealings with other clubs, Leigh ends up in the line of fire. She runs away scared, of course.

It’s a pretty generic story with neither character particularly drawing you in. It was so very blah. But I promised myself I would write reviews for all of the books I read so that I remembered how I felt about them and their author later.

I feel "Meh". But that cover is attractive, right? lol
